FINDING YOUR DOSAGE

If you are new to CBD, it is advisable to start with a low dose and build up your intake gradually until you find the dosage that best suits your needs. Individual body chemistry, body size, weight and overall tolerance can play a role in how CBD works for you. The reason you are taking CBD also plays a role. For general relaxation or improved sleep, 1 - 3 capsules should be adequate for most people. For pain relief, you may need to increase the dose further.
